As cool as it'd be to get dumps this way, I would hold my hopes up. I hate collectors who hold onto stuff and wont share. Part of me hopes they get bitrot.

Saying that, I'd be more than happy to put up $100 (or more) if we had a confirmation that it'd mean we'd get a copy of BH/DH/whatever.

...This kickstarter thing, if it doesn't eventuate do we get our money back, or does whoever sets up the program flee with all our cash?

What's the point of getting a dump if there is no *good* Virtual Boy emulator and about 93 percent of people don't have flash carts who'd like to play it? I don't want to start anything but it made me think.

If it's playable on Reality Boy, it's fine with me... I have an Xbox 360 wired controller and I can do cross-eye 3D viewing.

the problem is that bound high rom is not playable on the flashboy, but plays fine emulated, pretty sure the rom is from the source code and not from an actual dump.

There's 2 versions around. The one I have plays glitchy on the FlashBoy, but it's the ROM image not the hardware.

Don't harm carts by making them donors

I don't like destroying carts to make FlashBoys , but there is NO other way to get the connectors.

Emulation doesn't even have decent sound so I have to use real hardware and if I don't have the game, tough shit, I'll buy it.

And I personally don't condone using carts for donors, but if you do that's your business just leave me out of it. I may even buy lots just to stop people from doing it.

What if it's a homebrew game ?

I'm not having a go at you, I'm just stating fact. The VB is unlike any other system in that it's cart doesn't connect via a PCB edge.

That's a bit extreme isn't it.

What is your problem against it? Could you please explain? I have no clue why it would be a problem, so please educate me! This is in no way meant as an offense, I just don't get it.

I don't plan on getting any homebrew VB games.

It's just principle, really. I'm just against it.
