The only thing different I can see with pics 2 and 3 is the boxed power tap.

Otherwise, that box looks different than the normal Japanese Virtual Boy box. Is it one of those not for resale ones? I heard those had the black & white pixelated picture on the front.

Guy claims these obscure video game items are "made by Micro Games of America, the same makers of Virtual Boy and that whole Wario thing."

I have NEVER heard of Micro Games of America being involved with the Virtual Boy. Is this just assumption because they are red and black?
