Maybe if it was for something that already hasn't been released, then it would be more worth the ridiculous price. Like Zero Racers

Yeah... seriously... I really doubt anyone will pay anywhere near that for the "Mystery Box" games. If there are any differences between the released version and the version you have, telling what they are could only increase the value of the game. So by you saying there may be differences, but you're leaving that to the buyer means to me that it's the same as the released version. If you really can't see any differences, I would also dump the EPROMs and hope that there is a difference. If there's no difference, then the real value is the blank cart and the price of the EPROMs.

The way I see it, those items are pretty common... for several months those blank carts were available on Yahoo JP every week (selling for ~$200). A blank cart is probably worth more than that now since they're no longer easily obtainable, but with the games being released, unless they're totally different, there's no way they're worth anywhere near that much.

You just recently bought them... did you buy them only with the intent to flip them? Did you do any research before buying them? Why don't you contact the person you got them from and try to get some history on them, or post who you got them from so others can contact them?

And yes... I'd pay that much for Zero Racers ;-).

Maybe not a steal, but I wouldn't think twice about it ;-).

$2000 for this collection. Not really that bad considering you get the box, blockbuster case, ac tap, eyeshade, headphones, and 23 games. 5 of them are sealed also.

Yea, that seems to be a really good price. There have been a lot of space invaders up on ebay lately, and from what i've seen they have been going for 450 or so. I was looking at that space invaders up until the last 15 sec :). I thought about it long and hard, but I think i'm going to look for a US Jack bros. and a few others games that I want to play first.

So YOU'RE the one who made the price go up $100 in 10 seconds..

BTW as of last night I am the proud owner of a Space Invaders cart... any guess what I paid for it?

Also, I ended up getting a copy of Jack Bros a few weeks ago for a pretty good price as well... Seems like there has been a large number of rarer Virtual Boy games on eBay in the last month or so... course haven't seen the 'Big Three' yet... not that I can afford them at this time...

Although in a few weeks I am going to a local Gaming Convention that looks fairly large, so maybe I'll get lucky there...

Congratulations on getting that Space Invaders cart. I was going to go $200 a few days ago, but looks like it doesn't matter anyway!
