I'm looking to sell my copy of Jack Bros. The box is in excellent condition and comes with everything that originally came with it.

Feel free to make me an offer, but ideally I'd like it to be bought for over £30 (payment via paypal please). If you live outside of the UK, drop me a message so we can sort out postage :)Open in new window

I am looking to give my Japanese copy of Jack Bros a new home. The game is boxed, in mint condition and comes with all the bits of paper and packaging the game originally sold with.

I live in the UK, but am willing to post the item to international buyers. All I ask is that you contact me in advance so I can get a quote on postage for you.

Payment by paypal only, please :)
For some reason the image uploader isn't working for me, so I've uploaded a picture of the game and its box here.

Price: €29 (Minimum)

I can't remember either of those off the top of my head. It seems they failed to make a lasting impression on me!
As for my favourite music its from the first level of Vertical Force. Its the first game I played when I got my VB so its also the first music I heard on the system

Heh ohhhh ok. I just wanted to test some MIDI files out on the hardware. Do you happen to know if Reason's MIDI files will play on the VB? If not, could you reccomend a decent (or possibly free) sequencer thats compatible? Thanks in advance!

Hey everyone,
I've just had an idea for a game and would like your feedback/thoughts. It will be a first-person survival horror game. The main character wakes up to monsters attacking his town. One is banging on the front door of his house. If he is to survive, he must find a way to get out of the house undetected and then make it to a secure location (like a police station or army barracks).
So, I have 2 questions:
1. Would it be possible to match or exceed the graphics seen in Insmouse No Yakata? That's the kind of vibe I want to go for. Think Insmouse No Yakata but done properly

2. If I worked on the concept some more, wrote a script and worked on the game design, who would be willing to contribute to this project? I would definitely need programmers and artists... I would like to do the sound design myself.

For me, one of the strengths of the VB is how it completely isolates you from the outside world, which could make horror games scarily immersive. So, what are your thoughts on this?

Btw, if I'm aiming too high then please tell me! :)

Looks good :) So I'm guessing this was just an exercise to get you used to drawing animating sprites and isn't a hint that maybe you'll port Chrono Trigger to VB? Just kidding

Thanks for the hasty reply, DogP. I can now use the padder. Heh, I knew it must have been something really simple.

I'm probably being really stupid here but I can't get the padder to work. Where do I drag and drop the file to? I've tried to drag and drop it into the padder application window, but it says it can't be dropped there (the cursor changes to a no entry sign). I've also tried dragging and dropping it onto a folder, but all it does then is copy the file to that folder. The file is the same size and hasn't been renamed or anything.

Again, please forgive my stupidity. I'm sure there is something very obvious that I'm not getting here
