You didn't bake the ENTIRE Virtual Boy unit, did you?

Actually, before I bought the special screw bit I used to put my whole VB (without visor) in the oven for a few minutes to fix the lines problem. It worked than for a short time.

Vb's are tough.

Turns out you were right. I redid the whole repair thing and now it's alive and well.
Weird that both screens gave up at the same time

Thanks Allen for the suggestion!

Just thought I would continue here because I have a similar problem.

My VB used to have the lines problem but than I fixed this by putting it in the oven and applying some tape. This has kept it working for a long time.
Last time I used my VB was about a month ago and I didn't have any problems. Now I got some new games in the mail today and wanted to play them.

The problem is that now I don't have any image. I do have sound and the mirrors are moving, but no image at all in neither screen.

Any tips?

Thanks
