When I heard about this movie I also thought about Teleroboxer instantly.

So, it is a movie worth watching?
I don't mind action-packed hollywood movies, but I often get offended by Hollywood's cliché.

I'm kind of new to VB collecting, but recently a US Jack Bros. was sold on eBay. I couldn't see how it ended, but some hours before it ended it was at around $130.
It was mint and complete with box and manual.
It may have ended at over $300, but sadly I can't say for sure.

By the way, I am actually looking for a copy of Jack Bros. (preferably the japanese, as it's cheaper and has better art work on the cover and manuals :P), anyone has an extra copy and willing to sell it?

Anyone has a picture of how the medallion looks like?

Thanks for the clarification!

Any idea if there's a way to make a home-made "medallion"?

eh I guess I'll have to spend some extra money on a new controller and a new stand, wasn't as cheap as it seemed at last :P
But at least the VB itself works great.

VB stand and battery pack.

Hey everybody,
I just got a Virtual Boy yesterday, got it cheap but with some flaws:

The stand is missing some part(s?) and it seems the battery pack is damaged, since everytime I move the controller, the VB turns off, as if the batteries lose contact.

First, here's a picture of the stand I got:

here's the little part that attaches to the console:

sorry about the DSi-quality pictures.

I tried to see what part I am missing to set it up from other VB pictures on the web but couldn't find any helpful one...
is there a way to set it up with just those parts? do I need to buy the missing part? (most likely I'll need to buy a new stand I guess).

About the battery pack, basically I have to play with a determined position or else the console will turn off, any tip about this? I also think the best idea would be to buy that AC adapter pack to use with the SNES adapter (it works that way, right?), but so far I couldn't find one for sale online.

Any help will be appreciated!
I'm glad to finally be able to play with the VB after so many years :D (only played Mario's Tennis for a few minutes back in 1996, thought it was awesome but there were so many other consoles being released at the time that it just got left behind...)
