It's been a little while, but I just wanted to say that I had a unit repaired by you about two months ago and it works flawlessly now! I'm very happy and the repair process only took one day. Literally the fastest fix in the west! Thank you so much man!

I think that's the third time that proto has been posted to this thread? It's final, Buyatari from assemblergames.com owns it, and he doesn't have any plans to lower the price anytime soon.

That Japanese display seems to be a tad lower then regular ebay prices, but still too much. It's too bad they're hard to find, as they're a great stand. But the ebayers know it's hard to find, hence the prices.

Sorry for the repeats on the proto! I looked around a bit in the thread and didn't see it. Too bad he's stubborn on the price, you could store the eproms somewhere and basically use it as a flash cart.

As for the stand, what's regular price for eBay on those? It's too rich for my blood regardless but I just thought I'd leave it here in case someone REALLY needed one for their collection.

To the best of my knowledge, this proto contains a final or near-final build of the game on it.

EDIT: The words "FINAL ROM" written on the chips really supports that theory as well :p

Leave it to me to not to notice that at all. :D

Also, I did find this if anyone wants a Japanese display:

Very nice! I like the contrast and the buttons on the controller really make this feel official. Where did you find the 3D print files for the tripod stand at?

To be honest I'm not sure... Everything is red and black here, is that normal? :D

I had a strange issue as well, I ended up stuck in a loop after registering where the site said I wasn't confirmed so it goes to reload the page, then it says the same thing after redirecting, again and again...

I eventually got out of it by going into another browser (started in Chrome went to Firefox if I remember correctly) and resent the confirmation email.

Also, my profile says I've been a member since 1970, so... that's a thing.

Edit: I'm a time traveler! Now it's 1969!
