Welcome to the third dimension! On this site you will learn everything about Nintendo's Virtual Reality experiment, the Virtual Boy. Released back in 1995 only in Japan and North America, the system failed all along the line and disappeared from the market less than a year later, quietly and without any official word. Only 22 games were released for the Virtual Boy during its short lifespan. Here we want to build a memorial for this unique oddity of videogame history. Dedicated to its brilliant creator, Gunpei Yokoi.

Insmouse FAQ

Today i finally got myself to translate the Articles section. While doing that I discovered that we somehow lost the show brochure. Well it's back online now, sorry for that. But I also have a new entry for the Articles section, i added a double-sided Virtual Boy ad from 1995!
I've had Insmouse for nearly 2 weeks now and in the moment I'm working on a GameFAQ for it. Version 0.7 (in english!) can be found hereWhen it's finished, the FAQ will be translated to german and then formatted to HTML format. till then...
Oh, BTW, Aetzn is very busy at the moment so he couldn't scan the Space Squash stuff, please be patient. ;)

Space Squash

What should I add to this picture..? DrAetzn has space squash now. That means a new manual, review and screens in the next update.. ;)

Today we have a monster update for all article fans! We got 37 pages from 5 magazines. There's Gamefan Vol. 7 which Brandon Tabassi sent to me (thanks for it!), a german article in Sega mag (sounds weird, i know, but look for yourselves) Dreamcast Kult Vol. 4 (thanks to Madmax for scanning this article!), and there's Nintendo Power Vol. 74, Vol. 79 and the legendary Vol. 75, the 3D issue with 20 pages and the VB trading cards! I've searched very long for this issue and finally got it now for a reasonable price. :) Enjoy reading! Your planetVB team!

Today we bring you 3 new manual scans of Vertical Force (US), Panic Bomber (JP) and Space Invaders! And we also have a lot of new screenshots of Panic Bomber and Space Invaders. A big thank you to Ferry, who scanned the Space Invaders manual and screens for us!

The Doc brings you an update, too.. I fixed the Sounds back to life and updated the ebay-history. I will get some nice VB-stuff in the next weeks, but more i won't tell you yet.. I have also to mention that the VB-Donkey Kong screen is up to 99% a fake .. =( but keep your heads up!
